Cruise Marina City is a shoreline masterplan project located close to Atatürk International Airport and Istanbul’s historical peninsula. The site is ideally suited for a cruise terminal.

The design strategy creates a continuous green axle which connects visitors with the shore. In addition, it creates an outline for the building of residences, offices and cruise port facilities. This specific approach leads to a unique habitat and an attractive area for cruise visitors. The site also includes a multifunctional (opera house, congress center etc.) building, which is carefully placed and oriented. It is designed as a landmark building to attract tourists, and serves as a continuous economical support for the local area.
